The 39th edition of the Lokerse Feesten will take place from Friday 2 August until Sunday 11 August 2013. Earlier announcements included artist like BEADY EYE, SNOOP DOGG aka SNOOP LION, EMPIRE OF THE SUN, IGGY & THE STOOGES, MOTÖRHEAD, DEEP PURPLE and ALICE COOPER. After announcing metal heroes like MOTÖRHEAD, DEEP PURPLE, ALICE COOPER and MONSTER MAGNET we are happy to announce 6 very different acts this time, ranging from the protopunk of Iggy & The Stooges, to the Snoop’s smoking funk and reggae and the perfect pop of the magnificent Empire Of The Sun. Without forgetting our younger festival goers who will get a real treat with bands like Enter Shikari, Yellowcard and Far East Movement.
